The room here is perfect and gorgeous with a view of the inner courtyard, breakfast offers a good variety of meals, and the location is unbeatable with parking nearby.

The staff is extremely friendly and provides incredible service. the superior king room overlooks the street and is equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. the hotel offers an excellent restaurant for breakfast, which is a definite bonus. This is my go-to place every time I visit Florence.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient as it is close to all the main attractions, with the added bonus of a great nearby spot called Icy Dot Wine offering tasty treats and beverages.

The double room had everything I needed - a work desk for getting things done 💼, a coffee and tea setup to kickstart the day ☕, and a flat-screen TV for some entertainment 📺. It was practical and had all the essentials right there.

We where there for 2 nights, overall had a wonderful stay. The view from the hotel was decent and the breakfast was excellant and great with real coffee and eggs bacon. Everything was excellent and within 15 minutes' drive of Peretola airport.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right across the Santa Maria Novella train station. This makes it really convenient for travelers, as they can easily access the hotel after a long journey. Additionally, being close to the train station allows guests to easily explore the city and visit the main tourist spots without any hassle.

The bathroom in the room was quite small, which might be inconvenient for guests with disabilities. The limited space could make it difficult for them to maneuver comfortably and safely.

We had good and sensational breakfasts.

The location in a very convenient area was magnificent and there were a local market and local markets nearby. I booked functional double room here with the bathroom and a large bed plus an excellent breakfast included.
